Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If your order contains items that are large or oddly shaped, or those which require special handling, we will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The Patchwork Moose ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) for orders shipped USPS Priority Mail.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Patchwork Moose is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

The Patchwork Moose is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not have shipping rates available for international orders. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please send an email to lori@thepatchworkmoose.com with the items you are interested in and your shipping address. We will get back with you with a quote for shipping.

 

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Patchwork Moose. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or wish to return it for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. The item(s) must be unopened and in the original packaging to be eligible for returns. Cut fabric yardage may not be returned unless the fabric is defective. In addition, sale items, books, and patterns may not be returned.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If any of your items are missing or damaged in shipping, please contact the store within 3 business days by calling 907-733-1686 or sending an email to lori@thepatchworkmoose.com. Please include your name, telephone number, and a description of the problem and item in your email. In addition, please include the transaction number that is listed on your receipt.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s). The Patchwork Moose will cover shipping costs for any items that are missing or defective. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping of the items(s) will be deducted from your refund.
