| Instructor Bio: | Beret grew up in Grand Marais, MN, and has lived in Alaska most of the time since college, with her husband and three now grown children. After years of apparel, outdoor, and home dec sewing, she skipped traditional quilting and went straight to art quilting! Beret loves to teach almost as much as creating, and she's been able to do quite a bit of that between live and online classes, and YouTube videos. She has designed many patterns and kits to help people get started on their art quilting journey, which she considers another form of teaching. Her work has appeared in Art Quilting Studios magazine, and kits and patterns in the Keepsake Quilting catalog. |
